  • Accompaniment to community activities if requested

Appointment Assistance

Support with organizing and managing important appointments and schedules.

Includes:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Scheduling coordination

  • Calendar organization

  • Assistance tracking upcoming appointments

  • Transportation coordination support

  • Family communication regarding schedules if approved

Prescription Support

Non-medical assistance related to prescription organization and coordination.

Includes:

  • Prescription pickup coordination

  • Pharmacy reminder assistance

  • Refill reminder support

  • Communication coordination with pharmacies

  • Delivery coordination assistance when available

Medication administration is not provided.

Transportation Coordination

Wellness Check-In Calls

  • 15-minute check-in: $15–$20

  • 30-minute check-in: $25–$35

  • Weekly package (3–5 calls): $60–$120

Companion Visits

Non-medical companionship and social engagement.

  • Hourly rate: $25–$40/hour

  • 2-hour minimum recommended

Appointment Assistance

Scheduling and organization support.

  • Basic scheduling support: $20–$35

  • Monthly organization package: $75–$150

  • Appointment coordination with reminders: $25–$50

Transportation Coordination

  • Coordination fee: $20–$40
